George Washington called them scribblers. Jefferson said you cannot believe a newspaper. Every strong president fought this machine. Trump just stopped pretending the pool is neutral. If they want to take it to the Supreme Court, take it. America already knows who lied for years. Access is not a birthright.

Chris Hayes and his lawyers are quoting judges like scripture because Trump will not keep seating CNN, MS NOW, and Politico in the room. They admit the Court already said this. Walking into the White House is not a First Amendment right. Publishing is protected. A briefing-room chair is not.

They call it viewpoint discrimination. I call it consequences. These outlets spent years running hoaxes, then dared the president to keep feeding them. Now they have a Wednesday hearing and a Columbia dean crying about visas. Spare me. Fox got iced under Obama and the same crowd shrugged. Access is a privilege. Fake news lost it. Keep the ban.
