@O2 Absolute nightmare with O2 recently, over 4hours in calls in 8 days also attended store to be told to call technical services, and instead of service getting fixed continues to fail! How do I get my service fixed? Twice I have been told the service is sorted-its not!!!!!

@mrjamesob I ordered 2day covid tests before rtrning to uk as required at a cost of £124 for 2 of us. Rcvd on the day I arrived, went to take the test on day 2 and the security seal was missing. Called,was told to use cellotape. Day 4 still waiting for seals. Total farce!
