Perpetuating, out of date, old school cultures, keeps us in the past… our new PSD teams do a lot to pass on positive feedback and support people to reflect and learn - its no longer about chasing sanctions, unless its absolutely warranted.

@EssexBarrister No, that’s pretty much still it for me and I’ve run since I was about 17! (I’m now in my forties!). Every now and then I get a run where the stars align and I feel I could go forever - mostly though I want to stop and throw up 🤷🏻‍♀️
