@GMB It’s also a safety feature. Parents can see where their children are via apps when they are travelling alone to and from school. They cause more issues than necessary in education environments with how easy access to social media is and videos/rumours/photos being spread for hate

@GMB phones should be banned during the school day but unless there is good reason to search a bag then that shouldn’t be happening. Phones can be turned off and in a bag purely for the travel to and from school. Life’s changed, pupils who travel via bus need access to their ticket

@BBCBreaking If trains were reliable, people may be able to suck up the increase but the amount of delayed trains, no trains, strikes etc.. the increase is laughable. More and more people will likely stop using public transport. Trains and buses are getting as bad as each other
