@SpursScouting @patricktyrant Those players weren’t built around Kane. Most of them were signed before Kane got into the team. Except, Toby, Wanyama, Dele & Son.

Poch inherited a mix of players from the Redknapp & AVB teams. Many had under performed or were inconsistent until he got a tune out of them.

@DerbsRJ Yeah it’s tiring for sure mate. I’ve intentionally not really followed the summer transfer window. Bored of it all. We never do what we have to. Or haggle to the nth degree rather than get deals done. 🙄

We’ll pick this back up once we announce a deal to sign Lenglet. 🫣

@BBCNews @BBCPanorama The guy is clearly a crook but the policy introduced in 2011 allowing councils to independently invest was doomed to fail.

Councils priorities should be their residents. Investing, even in legitimate companies involves plenty of risk. Now they need risk and portfolio managers

@DerbsRJ Certainly does. The squad needs seriously trimming before the season kicks off but these players won’t attract many offers.

Might have to go the Aurier & Doherty route of cancelling contracts for some. 🤷‍♂️ As we can’t not sign new defenders and expect to do well.
