At the @AirCanada counter in #StJohns and nobody is here to meet us with our hotel vouchers due to missed connectors in #Toronto. It’s 1230am and now we’re told there’s none and to wait another half hour. Off to the hotel to pay for our own accommodations
@AirCanada Three of us were told we were going to get hotel vouchers once we arrived to St Johns, NL, over 12 hours ago. We got here and the staff didn’t have any knowledge of any and told us to wait maybe a half hour so she can find out what’s going on. We have a connector at 630
