If the Heat acquire Giannis, Miami could re-sign BOTH Norman Powell, Andrew Wiggins & also get access to the full $15.5 mid-level exception for another signing:
“Miami might be able to re-sign impending free agent Norman Powell and Andrew Wiggins (who has a $30 million player option) and use the full $15.5 million mid-level exception if both players take slight pay cuts in the first year and if the Heat is willing to spend above the $201 million tax line but below the $209 million first apron.”

@EternalBast You’re looking at guys like NAW staying the course and build. Thats what they did last offseason with Norm + sticking with development
I do think though the pick price for Giannis is to high for my taste but it’s what they’re going to try and do so I’m mentally preparing for it
@EternalBast I don’t know how you can not see paths for depth post Giannis trade. But can be so hopefully on them building something by just staying the course as they have the last couple years. If you can see a path by staying the course than same can be true post Giannis
@EternalBast Giannis/Bam/ wiggins/ Pelle / Kas
Norm/ Davion /MLE / TpE/ vet min
That’s a good starting point. You can also move wiggins for two pieces. It’s overstated lack of depth. That shouldn’t be the reason not to do it. Now if you worried about giving up to many picks in with you
pgLang signed an artist, developed her for years behind the scenes, dropped her debut off-cycle on a Tuesday, and used the signing announcement as a promotional vehicle. This approach is so rare it's breaking people's brains 😂
