🪨 THE MOOR - Chris Cronin, 2024
@claudiewhitakr @JennyAThatcher And I think it’s moved beyond that now. It’s incredibly difficult to measure up. To keep up to date. To dodge judgement. The working class famously are incredibly diverse but wear hearts on sleeves. It’s so so difficult to be accepted where you are at. It’s a big problem.
@claudiewhitakr @JennyAThatcher I don’t know the numbers back in the day. But the working class are usually seen as people you write stories about rather than include them in any story and don’t make their class a thing.

It’s on my TikTok might as well go here 😀 https://t.co/QZNieqF61T
Heads up my goal is to work on oneBAFTA film and one Sumdance movie this year.
No pressure then.
@rebeccawwrites It was a great speech. I hope we start seeing more working class people in the industry. Not divided along gender, sexuality, colour or age. And have stories that aren’t about the working class or for the working class. Tired of divisive stories now.
