@Paul_Silva57 Wisconsin John Callahan Buzzard Chassis. Doesn't do much now. Helped many low buck guys for years get to the track in badger and IRA/wilmot and helping many win races and championships. Wrenched Tim McCready's chili bowl win and made Mike Hess successful for a number of years.
@JamieBall4W@WorldofOutlaws@RossWece We won with Shane in the 8h that night. I think they redid it. I feel 1-2 was like a tri-oval. You got in 1, got the car turned you were almost outside the back wall looking at the bleachers. I feel the bottom was down where the tires are and the outside is further out.
@ripjetson9@WorldofOutlaws @ASCoC @drcchassis I proposed a curved bar like the Barry bar so it would craddle the top rail. Allowing both to bend under extreme load and reduce shear point. I was told no they did not like that idea.
@ripjetson9@WorldofOutlaws @ASCoC I like the taller cage cars, but we need to use thicker wall tubing on them. I dislike the bar over the steering box being bent in to the cage creating the shear point that happened. @drcchassis does it nice. I said I'd rather have a bent bar than a broken bar
