So, @verizon complete failure: randomly canceled my order, and then @VZWSupport took all morning to figure out that they can’t help me because… my order was canceled 😡
UGH @verizon apparently just randomly cancels customer orders instead of shipping them. “If you didn’t want to cancel this order, call us!” No, **YOU** unilaterally canceled it; *my* order is THREE DAYS LATE, YOU’LL HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THAT.
