@AnnieLowrey I had a heart attack in Madrid. They inserted a stent, an I was in the hospital longer than normal because it was a holiday weekend. I paid 18k euro out of pocket and was reimbursed at home. Here the stent alone would have been $48k. The insurance company got off easy!!

@tcarpenter216 @kestert That’s a bold statement and demonstrably false too. I learned that notation in high school, growing up in a small farming community in MN. My daughters learned it in high school too. Reformed calculus texts wave their hands at it, but they include it for completeness.
