Mechanical delay for 4 straight days with zero updates? Completely unacceptable.
To make it worse, your automated bot is utterly useless. In today’s AI era, having a customer service bot this helpless is a joke. I need a real update on my shipment now. @PurolatorHelp
@AmazonHelp Need 4 weeks to get a refund on something that you cannot delivery is simply not acceptable. No shop in the WORLD can charge you for getting nothing. Only @amazon can will do this.

Paid something that I have never see or touch. Does @amazon has the right to hold my fund for more than a month? If I go into a shop and I paid for something that I did not even receive, I should get the money back right away. Not over 30 days 😡
