Opvallend nieuwtje. OCI heeft bij de toezichthouder SEC laten weten dat het 3,3 miljoen aandelen Methanex wil verkopen🤑

Dit gaat om 33% van het huidige belang in Methanex en bij een koers van $51,75 zou deze transactie een waarde hebben van €151 miljoen. Dit komt neer op €0,72 per aandeel OCI.

Het is vooral een positief signaal dat OCI de bereidheid heeft om zijn belang in Methanex liquide te maken. Dan wordt het voor het bedrijf een stuk gemakkelijker om de minderheidsaandeelhouders uit te kopen😁

Maandagochtend weten we meer, want dan publiceert het bedrijf zijn jaarcijfers.
