@ittubit @vedikabaisa Pagal ho kya aap? No men of my and previous generation in our families are 6 feet. This generation even girls are 5'8" minimum. So, genes are there but hum roti aur rice khaate reh gaye. Nutrition does play a big role.

@TimesAlgebraIND You should also post, what time do they come to office. They come early to the office. Also, productivity in India is less than productivity elsewhere. If you come to office at 10 am, you can't expect to leave at 5. You have to complete 9 hours including lunch/coffee breaks.
