@pfizerinjured@BillAckman@HiltonHotels I think we all make bad trades, but the difference is in how we recover from them. By your response alone, I can tell you will not only recover, but flourish. Learning is the only path forward
@Haull_@wowclassicdevs I’ve never heard of this. Can you elaborate? Is this an issue with them getting extra melee range? If so, wasn’t this in the game in classic?
I enjoy both Tarkov and ABI. I’ve put in over 8,000 hours in Tarkov, hit Kappa four times, and I’ve reached Legend every season since ABI launched. The real difference is this: ABI was built from the ground up as a PvP experience, while Tarkov often feels like a PvE game with PvP tacked on. And that’s not even counting the countless technical issues Tarkov has been plagued with over the years. Tarkov’s had a decade to figure things out… ABI has delivered all of this in under two years, and the devs actually listen to their community.
That’s a fair and honest response—and I really respect that you can still acknowledge the good despite the bad. It takes strength to hold both truths: that you’ve known white people who’ve caused harm, but also ones who’ve shown real kindness. And the fact that you’ve never returned that harm, despite what you’ve experienced, says a lot about your character. That kind of grace and clarity is exactly what this world needs more of
I get that your feelings probably come from real experiences, and I’m not here to dismiss that. But honestly—have you really never met a single white person who’s shown you genuine kindness? Someone who truly cared about you, your well-being, your success? It’s easy to generalize when we’ve been hurt, but if even one person breaks that mold, doesn’t that prove the mold was never absolute? People should be judged by their character, not just the category they fall into. That’s the only way things move forward.
Big congrats on the glad! I feel your pain, this xpac’s glad mounts just make me sad, to be honest. Not even mad—just disappointed. In past seasons, even if the design wasn’t perfect, at least the mounts felt thematic. They tied into the expansion’s identity—It feels soulless. Just another model with some armor slapped on. It’s hard to feel excited for something that looks this uninspired.
@OmarHamada@TheVendaGuy This might be one of the most honest and overlooked perspectives out there. If more people leaned into this mindset, there’d be way less hate in the world.
@Grimlockwow If adding more brackets would ruin 3’s, doesn’t that suggest 3’s might not be that enjoyable in its current form? We shouldn’t be so focused on preserving 3’s that we shut down opportunities for meaningful innovation
@MattMorseTV Really sorry to hear this Matt. German Shepherds are the most loyal and loving dogs. They are family. I know this must be so hard, but you’ll see your best friend again someday.
@Toni_i02@dalaran_rogue Which funny enough, is probably a bigger indication that this actually real. Considering they use prominent character icons for demon hunter such as Illidan
