@askryanair @Ryanair Have done that, Ryanair told there are no options. 100% fault on Ryanair's side and I've lost the cost of the ticket. Would cost me almost as much to move the flight to another date.

@KirstyMac610 @askryanair @Ryanair live chat won't do anything if the booking is not actually cancelled. Same issue here. Rebooked alternative transport and Ryanair booking came back. Ryanair say they aren't going to do anything about it even if 100% their fault

@isy_snap @Ryanair Ryanair are not going to do anything. My flight showed it was cancelled so we rebook and now the booking is back. The flight isn't actually cancelled and ryanair have told me I have no options. 45EUR each way to pay to move it. Fked by Ryanair yet again. When will we learn..

@Debenhams can you advise a number for your refunds/finance department that I can call? 4 weeks, endless emails and still haven't had a refund for faulty product. Tried to lodge a complaint to head office and they don't reply. The worst service I've ever had of any company.
