@Jonesracing82 @bpeaves @Tigercastpod I'm all for experience but think both should go at seasons end. Prefer an experienced foot soldier with some speed to compliment our kids. Big drop in experience at season end with Broad and those two but we need to focus on the future. Butters would be great but not at any cost.

@bpeaves @Tigercastpod Butters or not Hopper needs to be cut. Be lucky to get a 4th rounder for him as nobody wants a bum boot footballer now. Poor decision by the club to sign him on such a long contract when he was a C+ at best for GWS.

To be fair I didn’t rate Taranto but he has turned out okay.

@gazza49mp @Richmond_FC I read earlier where Poort will match and force a trade as they want our first pick to get Cochrane an NGA prospect expected to go early in the top ten. If we have to fork out pick 1-3 for Butters plus the huge salary then it’s a no from me. It’s not the 80’s anymore….

@triplemfooty Last four years 15th, 11th, 11th & 15th. Hardly qualifies for a compo pick but will probably do a WC and get pick 1 for 18th and pick 2 for Merrett.

Focus should be on as many if not all these available R1 next year. Treat second Alf of season as extended pre season on the track building strength in bodies.

Seen some fairly ordinary comments this arvo. Not sure what they wee expecting with 2 vs 17. A side with an avg games experience over 100 vs a team avg <50 games.

Yze will learn as much as the players today.

@WorkElizab Bummer, I really feel for you here as not your fault. Never trust your insurance company, they can be as bad as the people selling you a vehicle. Always, always pay extra for an agreed value insurance, it’s generally not much more in the premium.

@FOXFOOTY Makes a mockery of the AFL that with all the technology this still occurs. Personally get rid of it all and accept human error but to have it and not use it?
