I am having a very bad relationship with @FNBSA . Whats worse is not being assisted on the secure chat or customer service center. Paying close to R500 each month on account fees with no help is unacceptable.

@flyethiopian on one flight the cabin crew were even arguing amongst themselves in full view of passengers. I had very high expectations coming on those flights, however I was very disappointed .

@flyethiopian travelled today on two Ethopian Airlines flights. First from Johannesburg to Addis Ababa then to Accra. What an unpleasant experience. Cabin crew were so rude. We hardly got even a smile from them.
