If he is deemed to arrive low and with an attempt to wrap (I.e. legal) by the ref. Then the contact point is irrelevant because of the actions/position of Tizzano.

@harrisondale88 @MullinsToby The head contact process is Pyle are gad their been any foul play. And foul play didn’t occur because the high contact (head or not) occurred during legal clear out (arms are wrapping).

@harrisondale88 @MullinsToby True. But it’s not foul play if it is caused by the actions of the tackled player. If he isn’t in an illegal position (head below hips) then the contact would never occur.
