@excitel_rocks My internet has been down for 4 days now. Despite multiple calls to customer care, the issue remains unresolved. This is unacceptable! Please fix this ASAP or provide a refund of my recharge/compensation. Ticket number: 70636735 #noconnectivity#badservice
