The only way to get #BHSeries success in all states is, get 15 years BH tax upfront and provide to state govt where the car is registered. In is way the state will not lose the revenue and public will get BH number plate.

Why is this discrimination on the basis of employment? Per actual notification Private employees with offices at least 4 states should be allowed. Pls look into this in KA!
