I decided to translate the famous Decree for Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin into his Pecheneg dialect in the name of historical justice:
Princely Charter on the Military Review in the City of Moscow!
By the Grace of God, we, the Prince of Kyiv and Holder of All Rus’, send this word unto the posadniks, boyars, and servants in our Suzdal and Vladimir lands.
Let it be known to all who shall read or hear this charter, that, in view of many petitions and for the sake of human mercy, of which was spoken during negotiations with the American side on the eighth day of the month of May in the year 2026, we decree and command:
FIRSTLY
We permit the inhabitants of Zalesye and their boyars, on the ninth day of the month of May in the year 2026, to conduct a military review and solemn procession in the city of Moscow.
For the duration of said procession, beginning from matins according to Kyiv time, the place known as Red Square shall be exempted from any intent of military action and from the use of Ukrainian weapons.
The boundaries of that place shall be considered as designated in the written border register, and they shall be subjected neither to the wrath of God nor to the wrath of man, by reason of our great princely mercy, for Prince Volodymyr Green Sun has fulfilled himself with magnificence and long-suffering!
SECONDLY
This decree shall enter into force from the day of its signing.
Given in Kyiv.
By the Grace of God, the Grand Prince of Kyiv, Autocrat and Holder of All Rus’, Lord of the Kyivan Throne, Guardian of the City of Kyiv, the Pechersk, Podil, and the lands above the Dnipro, Prince of Chernihiv, Pereiaslav, Turov, Volhynia, Galicia, Derevlia, Siversk, and Polania, elder over the appanage princes, defender of the Rus’ land, keeper of truth, peace, and law, patron of the Holy Church, sword and shield of Rus’, judge over boyars, voivodes, posadniks, and all the people of the Rus’ land.
