My favorite memories of the school year include holiday sing because of the excitement I see on the students’ faces while they are performing. I am also very touched whenever a student tells me how much they love music. Viva la musica! #lastdayofschool #engageD64

I love reading a book to my students called “The Remarkable Farkle McBride” by John Lithgow. It is about a fictional young boy, a musical prodigy,that masters numerous instruments. It fits in nicely with our study of musical instruments/instrument families! #engageD @JohnLithgow

In Kindergarten we are learning how to count and identify rhythm patterns while playing a fun game of rhythm bingo!
