@gamehistoryhour@GameHistoryOrg@GamingHistorian First time I rented this as a little kid: I didn’t see the “push b” in the background and just kept mashing the start button. Thought the game was broken and didn’t play it until years later. Shameful.
Gotta stop reading headlines before catching up on tweets. All of the two-hour-old takes on the grey checkmark are already obsolete. We can only win with wild predictions:
Twitter blue/verified will be $9.99 by March 2023.
(The prize for this is a fun sort of insomnia where the body is very tired but the brain thinks it’s four in the afternoon and is rando-generating insane visualizations to keep itself busy)
Christmas here is like Valentine’s Day in the states, and New Year’s Eve is like… Christmas? We just want to count down to 2023 with a crowd of strangers, but there are no general outdoor ~gatherings~ for that sort of thing.
@united So, let’s get this straight: Nearly two years after the CDC standardized vaccination documents (to not have middle names), your CDC doc checker can’t handle the fact that middle names exist on some documents but not others? Get it together.
@parker_gibbons I shot a piece yesterday afternoon and cut it with Resolve on iPad yesterday night. The whole process progressed from “can iPad even see these BRAW clips?” to chopping, coloring and delivering. Absolutely shocked me that things kept working.
@twostraws Optimistic take: If “yes”, Twitter has a better chance of survival. If “no”, he’s stuck in the bed he made. Either way, we feast on schadenfreud.
