@airindia there no responce shared.only shared that force me to accept your offer. I had purchased ticket based on travellel time. few other airlines offer cheap ticket at the time of purchase but I paid more beacause less travell time. now times flys and your refund offer is useless
@MoCA_GoI@DGCAIndia Please intervene in my Air India case. My Delhi layover was changed from ~4 hours to 8–9+ hours while travelling with 2 young children after a long flight from Melbourne. Air India repeatedly ignores my main concern and offers only refund/date change
Air India menally torchered traveller and saming country. Forcing people to implememt their policy ..people of country seek better service not detectorship of any company
