@AsdaServiceTeam had a delivery not delivered on Saturday after waiting 90 minutes past our slot to be told it wasn't coming and would be refunded, still no refund for shop (but refund for sub came through) so I checked the app only to see that it's marked as delivered. Wtf?

@AsdaServiceTeam I swear asda is a joke, called up an hour past my time slot to be told delivery going to be there in 15 minutes (1hr15m late) to then get a phone call from the actual store half hour later to tell me it's not coming a total of 90 minutes past my slot.

@RazerSupport Honestly, what's the point? I've essentially been told through corporate lingo to go pound sand. RMA reviewed the case and decided they weren't going to do anything over 28 days, despite being able to see it was my second until in 28 months with the exact same fault.

@RazerSupport second time in 28 months I've had a switch die on my keypad, first time got sent a replacement after only having it for 8 months. Second one lasted longer but exact same switch died Monday just to be told today I won't get a replacement as out of warranty
