@bt_uk hi, i placed an order to upgrade my broadband in june. The engineer came out on 4 july and said i was too far away from cabinet. I didn’t hear anything back from BT and the order is still open. Can you look into it to see if anything can be done re: upgrade

@Deliveroo_ae hi, i tried to place an order using apple pay but it didn’t go through. I tried to change order to cash but when i tried to complete the order it said it was a duplicate although the order is only showing as error ht404 in my orders.

@bt_uk hi, i got an email offering to upgrade me to fibre 100 for an extra £5 per month but when i click on the link it says the offer’s not available. When i check offers in the app the upgrade is £12 extra a month. Why did i get the email if the £5 offer isnt available?

@EmiratesSupport hi, uk foreign office has just advised citizens not to travel for next 30 days. My booking reference is dty2v6. I’d also paid for an upgrade on the outbound leg. Can i rebook the flight and will the upgrade be refunded (if it won’t be honoured when u rebook)?
