While the government pushes early release of dangerous prisoners, IPP prisoners remain locked up indefinitely - for much more minor offences - on an abolished sentence 'to keep the public safe'. Probation triggers the recall of prisoners for trivial, anonymous, malicious allegations. This is so galling. And yet, the Labour minister reads out a brief full of misinformation - she should meet families at the MoJ protest on 15th July at 11am for FACTS, not double-speak.
