@hotelindigo Re Chester hotel. Stay 1/3-2/3 drunken party in room next door at 1am, no staff to deal with it, so left at 2am. No response 1st thing Sunday, rude manager called today no offer of compensation as I'd put honest review. Shocking treatment.

Why are you lying again? I've had NO actual offer of 30,000 points. 1,500 points and a night at the same hotel in Jan / Feb is what the manager has offered. He made out I was a liar and said HI wouldn't compensate for the disruption as I'd posted a review (that was 100% hones)
