@SamaHoole@featsbeyond50 There's almost no neuro fatigue from bicep curl and lateral raises. Same with chest supported rows and overhead tricep extensions. Tons of superset combinations worthwhile.

@joeyyochheim I think the best to get hope for is maintaining during a cut. Unless you're on PEDs it's going to be nearly impossible to gain muscle on a deficit.
