@Ask_Spectrum I did reach out to a specialist. They were very unsupportive. They explained the new increased rate was the best they could do unless I was to switch over my mobile phone service. I refuse to do so since it is with a company that consistently discounts the rate.

@Ask_Spectrum My customer service experience has been less than satisfactory. After a promotional period rates are increased and there is no discussion. My previous internet provider AT&T always was very accommodating and reasonable. They are not available in my new area.

@Ask_Spectrum My one year internet promotion expired. It is my experience that a company will extend in order to retain your account. The Spectrum rep didn’t understand, said i could go to another internet provider, and there would be no other outcome talking to another rep.
