It has been 3 weeks since I submitted my formal complaint regarding the extreme prejudice suffered on flight NH223 (Feb 17, 2026). I have received no response or acknowledgment.
Yes, this is truly exhausting. Seven hours after takeoff, the captain told us we were heading back to Haneda due to minor issues with the left engine. Once back at Haneda, they gave us a free water bottle and a blanket, then left us to "enjoy" the comfortable seats at the gate.
๐ซ๐ฌ NH223 is back on the ground in Tokyo after a 14-hour flight to nowhere. The passengers have been rebooked onto a new flight departing in six hours.
I had a 3-hour connection before my FRA -> TLS flight; now we have to wait 7 MORE HOURS at the airport before taking off again.
