@leventart This is what we tell families at our shelter, it should be fine most cats get used to each other after a while even older ones.

@leventart If it's really really bad keep the new cat in one room for a few days. Make the two cats smell things that carry the other's scent (eg blankets) while they're still separate. Then you can introduce them to each other slowly again.
