@magisxdv Most important factor would be pacing. The biggest issue both anime and the book for lotm had was the pacing. Coi fixes that, making it much more engaging to read. Which again, can translate to make it better in the anime than it would for lotm.

He will only try to maintain things on a surface level, but he isn't stupid enough to not make use of nighthawks. That same applies to thr grey fog

@KingCSage1 @JoshuaAmusan6 It is about knowledge, and about being smart enough to survive. Thats the whole thing that kept klien alive, as well as the castle. Difference is, sunny won't hesitate to run away and escape before things go down to hell. Being spiteful means he would do whatever it takes to live

But he's more than smart enough to stay alive long enough, even if it means not going further as a beyonder. Besides, i won't put it past him to swindle the acting method from someone.

So if we want to make a semi fair comparison, it should be that sunny inhabit Klien's body, giving him access to Klien's former memories. Still I don't think sunny would go that far

@_bblala @JoshuaAmusan6 Honestly this is very valid. Without his flaw, Sunny would be very manipulative and apprehensive with the nighthawk. But I do think he would survive long enough in the story and might take a different path from klien but he won't go too far because of it.

@JoshuaAmusan6 He would still go pretty far, cos he is smart enough to manipulate the tarot club, but maybe in a different sense from how klien would do it. But because of his cynical nature and him finally getting a family, I think he would be more subdued with what he does.
