The problem starts with Emily Wilson, the woman who translated The Odyssey. She describes Odysseus as a "soldier with a traumatic past" and a "colonial invader". Something that is nowhere, absolutely NOWHERE, stated in Homer's epic!

Also, she calls Odysseus a "migrant," which is completely false. Homer portrays him as an exile, not as a migrant.

Wilson's translation is biased and anti-Greek
