今年8月份，OKX 公布代币经济模型升级并销毁 6500 万枚代币后， $OKB 直接从40多几天内暴涨6倍到258，代币热度暴增，我们就看到了无数的大v开始喊单，看好okb，并随即对标各个平台币，因为之前okx的首席营销官 @Haider 在4 月曾经说过，“我们绝对会考虑未来 IPO，如果上市，很可能选择美国。”

后续就开始有传言说OKX会在今年q4或者明年q1去美股上市，加上okx今年主动迎合美国监管，缴纳罚款，okx的定位一直都是以合规为第一要求，以技术为第一竞争力，所以上市应该就是OKX未来的路。

先来看OKX的代币经济学
OKB 在 2025 年 8 月进行了重大升级，包括大规模烧毁和供应上限调整
目前总量：2100w 无未来增发或铸币机制

流通状态：全流通

通缩与烧毁机制：未来无销毁机制，也不会增发

但需要注意的一点是:将停止 OKB 人工销毁，OKB 的总发行量将固定为 2100 万枚。但未说明以后是否还会回购，咨询尚未回复，（12.10号以前没公告估计就是停止了）

个人分析okb的优势和缺点

优点
1.总供应永久固定 2100 万枚，并且全流通
2.X Layer 链上刚需，X Layer手续费折扣依然顶级
3.手续费折扣依然顶级
4.对比其他平台币估值低

缺点
1.中心化程度极高，大量代币在团队手里
2.链上生态仍处于早期，虽增长快，但项目数量和 TVL 仍远低于 op，arb，base等二层链
3.IPO 可能导致业务重组

隐忧，对比其他平台币，OKB的性价比应该是里面最高的，但我的担心主要是来自于IPO,如果OKX在美股上市，（虽然目前监管在放松）SEC 可能将 OKB 视为“未注册证券”，迫使 OKX 重组业务，就算合规化了，我认为okb的估值也和okx的业务脱钩了，基于这一点，我判断，okb的回购计划应该已经结束了，未来OKB 变成“纯 X Layer gas 币”，平台不再回购、不给手续费折扣。

我们从okx的公告能看出来，okb的定位已经变成了应用场景，而我们在defilama上可以看到，TVL
虽有增长，但跟主流公链相比差距很大，交易量也不高

我认为，如果你是看好okx交易所的业务，想短期炒作、个人认为这不是一个好标的，你如果OKX 重度用户（日交易量大）、X Layer 链上玩家、那么他更适合你。
