Photography is more than capturing moments—it is a powerful lens for telling untold stories, amplifying unheard voices, and preserving realities that inspire change.
Humanity is reflected in our willingness to care for others, especially during times of crisis. Every act of compassion brings hope and reminds us of our shared responsibility to one another.
One thing I rarely say about myself: I am a brand strategist. And I am excellent at it.
Honoured to be formally recognised as the Brand Strategist for Sip and Paint with Temi. Shaping mission, vision, and identity, and loving every moment.
Cheers to building brands that matter🚀
That's a wrap on the 5-Day Leadership Talk 🙏
We covered what leadership really is, why grassroots mentorship matters, the cost of neglecting it, and whose job it actually is.

Day 5
Call to Action
This week: leaders formed, neglected, and shaped.
9M+ young people in the US alone could thrive with a mentor right now. (MENTOR)
So, what will you do with what you've seen? Mentor a kid. Notice a struggling teen. Be that person.

Day 4
Parent & Society's Responsibility
"That's the parents' job" is only half true.
1 in 5 young people say they have zero strong relationships with a caring adult. (Search Institute)
You don't need a title to mentor someone. You need presence. Every adult is somebody's example.
Day 3
The Danger of Neglect
Talent doesn't disappear when it's neglected. It just goes somewhere else.
1 in 3 young people reach adulthood without a mentor of any kind, and the gap is growing. (MENTOR)
Silence from adults isn't neutral. It tells a kid: figure it out alone.
Day 2: Why Grassroots Mentorship Matters
Nobody remembers the mentor. Everybody remembers who they became because of them.
Fact: youth who meet regularly with a mentor are 52% less likely to skip school. (MENTOR)
One conversation, at the right time, changes a trajectory. #Lead
Day 1: Intro
Leadership isn't a title you're handed.
It's a decision made long before anyone notices, in the moments nobody's filming.
This week I'm breaking down grassroots leadership mentorship. Who forms it, who neglects it, and who's responsible.
