⚡️Binance leaves the USA, and #CZBINANCE is on bail At night, hearings were held at the US Department of Justice regarding the illegal actions of Binance and CZ, and as we wrote, CZ leaves the post of head of the company and @binance pays a $4 billion fine and RECOGNIZED ILLEGAL MONEY TRANSFERS. And: ❗️Binance will implement a “full exit” from the US as part of its agreement with FinCEN and will appoint a monitor for 5 years who will oversee the sanctions compliance program - during which time the US Treasury will have access to Binance data and systems. ❗️CZ PLEADED GUILTY to violating the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and a bunch of other lawsuits, will pay a $50 million fine and is released on $175 million bail and must notify the court of his whereabouts by the next court hearing on February 23, 2024, otherwise the deadline 10 YEARS. CZ is also prohibited from making public statements on any facts (that is, pumping $BNB on Twitter). Richard Teng , head of the regional markets department of the exchange, becomes the new CEO of Binance; he was wooed in the spring to replace CZ. In 24 hours, more than $200 million liquidated, and Binance lost $24 billion, while #BNB immediately fell to $224, and TWT to $1 (apparently it was not in vain that CZ decided not to merge @TrustWallet from Binance) 🫣 It was quite a busy night, many are making FUD that Binance has unresolved matters with the #SEC , and due to regulation no one wants to do business with the exchange, but in my opinion this is one of the most optimal solutions with Binance, since for the last there was a lot of FUD around the year and everything could have ended much worse for both CZ, Binance and the market as a whole🫣 Do you think it’s possible to the moon now? Or is it not all FUD yet?🧐
