Set Thoughts:
Dreamlit made for Pearl and Nihilux (to replace EMC)? Doesn't have the non-stacking part which means multiple users on a team unlike Diviner. Nihilux could just be a EDPS on old set tho.
Other set maybe novaflare? Or collab characters? Stephen? #hsr #beta

V1 Vesna & Vod. Vesna looks okay. Basically Mizuki C2 Adjacent as of rn. Vod legit doesn't know what she's doing lmao. Skirk gets like a 5% increase but Vod is like split between if she wants to buff Freeze or SSW. Just dive in one and purely buff it lol. #vesna #vodyanitsa #beta
