Every now and then we must be reminded two things can be true at once.

I am ecstatic we won the last election and don’t regret my vote one iota, because waking up every morning and knowing I’m much less likely to be targeted for prosecution/persecution for my beliefs holds a lot more affirmative value than “the lesser of two evils” or “the parties are all the same” tropes from black pillars and bots.

We have also not done nearly enough with the political capital the last election granted us, which has turned off normies and depressed our base. We’ve also cast our political pearls before swine and thus have lost significant ground with the young men who helped us win the last election.

The first truth could kill us in this next election if not addressed ASAP, the second one could kill us in the next two.
