ABOUT THE ROLE
We need a hands-on and very proactive Operations Manager who runs a tight ship. You will own operations across production and delivery. You answer for every team member’s performance. Your job is to ensure targets are hit, standards are maintained, and nothing falls through the cracks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Quality Control – You oversee production daily. Inspect everything. No defects allowed.
