@talkSPORT Ladies and Gentlemen; below is a picture of the Liverpool FC store in LONDON, Oxford st. I repeat in LONDON. It's the FIRST and ONLY Premier League club shop in central LONDON despite there being a plethora of LONDON based premier league teams based in LONDON. THE END 🎤
This sack is well deserved, but I need to address some Liverpool fans.
Football is not a sport where you fluke things, especially at the highest levels.
I see people saying Slot won the league with Klopp’s team. Do you know Klopp himself could have remained and not won the league? Football isn’t entirely 1+1. Another manager could come and meet that Klopp’s team and underperform.
Let’s stop doing this, it’s not nice. You try to take away every credit from Slot because he had a bad season. Football fans have amnesia.
I watched numerous Salah interviews when they were winning under Slot. There was one with Gary Neville where Salah was mentioning the difference between Klopp and Slot.
He talked about the details Slot puts into the game, he talks specifically about how Slot knows when to make changes/substitutions, how he reads the game differently and knows what to do at the right time.
Salah, in another interview, further talked about how Slot would sit him down and tell him places to improve and that helped him a lot. Slot also told him not to track back, several things he said about Slot, because everything was so rosy.
If I search the tweets from many of you also, I would find many of such good things said about the manager. This season, it didn’t work out. In fact, my mutuals know I predicted Liverpool not to finish top 2, and it wasn’t because of Slot. I felt like when too many players join a club, it takes time for them to get their rhythm. I could have been wrong, but I was right this time.
Every club goes through hard times. Real Madrid won the UCL two years and have become useless despite signing arguably the best player in the world, and assembling The Avengers.
Slot had a bad season, the sack is deseved because he was disastrous, but don’t try to discredit him from all angles, that’s not sportsmanship and that’s not a fair thing to do. Winning the premier league on your first season isn’t something common, stop it guys.
Wish him well as he goes. Hope the new manager does well too.
Serginho came on and was causing murder. Rafa moved Stevie to right back to cover him and he put him in his arse pocket and won us the European cup. Don’t ever compare Lampard and Scholes to this man. It’s laughable.
🚨🇬🇭What a legendary moment! Abedi Pele, also known as Abedi Ayew, made his mark on African football at the 1982 AFCON in Libya. Just 17 years old at the time, he showcased his incredible talent and potential, playing for the Ghana Black Stars.
This tournament marked the beginning of Abedi Pele's illustrious career, which would see him become one of Africa's greatest footballers. He went on to win the African Cup of Nations with Ghana in 1982 and had a successful club career in Europe, playing for teams like Marseille and Lyon.
Abedi Pele's legacy extends beyond his playing career, as he paved the way for future generations of Ghanaian and African footballers. His sons, André and Jordan Ayew, have also followed in his footsteps, representing Ghana in international competitions.
@KevinEFC1878@betsage24@lucyjaynewhite1 Lol you can't call him a "retard". If they sold them , why did the "buyers" have to trick them on to ships or burn their villages down and butcher people to capture them 😆😆who is the retard?
What a beautiful moment.
A young girl with special needs interrupted a Jürgen Klopp interview, and his reaction was boss, exactly what we’ve come to expect from this wonderful man.
My son has Autism and rarely gives anyone his time or attention. But when he met Klopp, he walked straight over, hugged him, and started chatting nonstop. Klopp couldn’t have been kinder he gave my lad his full attention and spent time talking with him like it was the most natural thing in the world.
Kids just know good people ❤️
The range of killer passing here is frightening…
Just imagine if Gerrard had been platformed correctly earlier into his career ie advanced 8 instead of CM/RW.

@GMaseoGenesis@mohithegoat Maybe, which is fine , but let's not forget winning your first 37 fights and first 20 by KO, becoming champion at 20 years of age and 1st boxer to hold
WBA, WBC and IBF at the same time. I think that's legendary status, no?
Cam Newton asking Ray J if he is gay or not and the conversation that ensued is genuinely one of the funniest clips I have ever seen on the internet
What did I just watch man 💀
