@P_Kallioniemi Some of this is odd/gross, but some of it is just because somewhere down the supplier line there was temp abuse. Almost all cheese sauces do that if not stirred, think about what cheese sauce usually is. Frozen milk, not a hamburger, some food molds quickly, some vids are fake.
