Hi everyone, unfortunately we found out our mom didn’t have life insurance and we need to pay out of pocket for the funeral and burial. If anyone would be able to help support us for her expenses we would appreciate it. Please share around. We need a minimum of $4300 in 1wk. 😢

This hits hard. We are heartbroken by the news of the passing of Samantha Mensah, president and co-founder of @BlackInChem. @BlackInPhysics is mourning the loss of a @blackinxnetwork leader. We value the health and wellness of our community members. You matter. Your work matters.
It is with utmost sorrow and heavy hearts to announce the passing of our President and Co-Founder of BlackinChem, Samantha “Sammy” Mensah. She was a phenomenal activist, leader, inventor, science communicator. and a doctoral candidate in chemistry at UCLA. (1/3)
