WAITING ON TITLE 10 Orders from @JoeBiden / @KamalaHarris—directing SECDEF to redirect military assets for Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA).

Lack of coordination, lack of proactive preparedness, lack of pre-planned responses…

As a DSCA SME, I can tell you this is systemic.

I founded a company 8yrs ago to bridge this gap, and NO University, City, State wanted to proactively identify their risks addressing Security/Weather/CBRN-E Disaster Threats.

I was told, directly, that neither my 9 Executives nor I would ever receive investment in our company because we presented solutions to risk assessments—and this process would be more of a liability than the reactions to failures after a Mass Casualty event.

Until this mindset changes, we will never get ahead of the chaos and the cost of reactionary responses.
