@chucktodd My 84-year-old grandpa does this. It means he's having trouble remembering things and so when trying to keep up in a conversation, certain words, phrases, etc. will trigger specific memories for him in an attempt to add context.

@tomangell @_cingraham Here in ND they list the financial impact of every measure, and they somehow determined that legalization was going to cost the state money? Not sure how. But I do know people who didn't vote for it for that reason.

This was the same day as the Paul Pelosi attack, though, so understandable.

@leahmcelrath Me and my son. I'm the only one at my (retail) workplace that hasn't had it yet. We are vaxxed but don't mask or anything anymore.

We avoided getting it in October 2020 when my husband had it, even.

Heck, my dad has had covid 2X and my mom has yet to get it.
