Reports are emerging of a significant Houthi assault on the Saudi backed Yemen Emergency Forces encampment near Marib, Yemen with several casualties reported. This video purports to show the aftermath of one of the attacks, though it has not been verified.
Marib is the internationally recognized Yemeni government's last major stronghold in northern Yemen and is home to critical oil and gas infrastructure. Saudi Arabia has supported government forces there for years to prevent the Houthis from consolidating control over northern Yemen.
@PlayStation You know what would be a real dream team? PlayStation, its customers, its artists, and physical media. But apparently you hate everyone and everything but yourself now. Haven't given up on you, though. A "sorry" would go a long way.
#PhysicalMediaMatters#NoDiscNoBuy
@PlayStation Just like you clash with the multi-limbed monster that you created in our own fans. Subscriptions cancelled, calls for #PSBlackout, people already selling their consoles, people moving to other platforms. All because you rather kill discs & gaming culture instead of utilizing it.
Meta says it will fix the explosion of street harassment videos made with its smart glasses by banning that content from Instagram. But content moderation can't fix an unsafe product.
Our Normal F****** Sunglasses will never film people without their consent. 🙃
@PlayStation Is this coming to platforms that actually care about customers and gaming history? We will continue to oppose your idea of turning everything into a rental monopoly. Physical games are an important part of gaming culture. Especially without customer rights in the digital space!

Fire Point’s FP-7X surface-to-air missile has reportedly finished its first international integration phase.
Production of the interceptor body, a rough copy of the S-300, is expected to begin this month as Fire Point prepares to receive seekers from Germany’s Diehl Defence.
Iran is seeking to impose a “service fee” on ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz equivalent to 5-7% of the vessel’s cargo value - Reuters
Under the proposed deal, Iran would also control inbound traffic through the Strait.
@PlayStation You could also score some points by acknowledging your customers and addressing the backlash. Instead you strong-arm everyone into an all-digital future without proper customer rights. Regardless of how people buy their games, nobody should be ok with this!
#PhysicalGamesMatter
@PlayStation Not being jealous, but while you're addressing Quake fans, how about addressing your own as well? Because of all this stupid killing of physical media, the creating of an exploitative digital-only future, and all that. It kinda sucks. Big time. Might wanna do a 180 while you can.
The Houthis have announced strikes against concentrations of Saudi forces in Al-Rawik, Al-Abr, Al-Thaniah, and other positions associated with the Saudi-backed 1st and 3rd Emergency Brigades using ballistic missiles and drones.
This marks another step in the recent escalation between the Houthis and Saudi Arabia. Until recently, much of the group's pressure campaign had centered on its self-declared maritime blockade—forcing commercial vessels to reroute or turn back and carrying out attacks on shipping transiting the Red Sea.
Iranian state-linked media outlet Tasnim is reporting that two explosions heard near Qeshm Island a short time ago were the result of Iranian forces engaging what it described as "hostile enemy targets" near the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz.
According to social media reports, the targets were two commercial vessels transiting outbound through the Strait using the U.S.-established safe route via Omani waters, rather than Iran's designated traffic separation scheme.
