“The Knight Before Christmas” blows what I now refer to as @netflix’s Aldovian Cineverse wide the fuck open. I believe Netflix is on the verge of a major Avengers-style crossover event, and if they aren’t, they are straight sleeping on the opportunity.

I am usually silent on this platform, but honestly, this has to be the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard. Not because there’s necessarily anything wrong with public ownership of companies, but because anyone who believes that this plan would give control “to the people” is being duped
I will soon be introducing a bill to give the public a 50% ownership stake in the largest AI companies in America.
This would guarantee that the trillions created by AI are used to improve the lives of all of us — and block oligarch decisions that harm the American people.
@AseemShrey I write a similar skill for my own use, and added Codex as a code reviewer after this settled on a sound plan. Glad to see someone else had this idea too! :)
@Andrey__HQ For what it’s worth I primarily use Claude, but use Codex when my limits hit. Also wrote myself a skill that Claude uses to invoke Codex as an adversary for process and code quality validation and that works rather well.
I find they’re both useful.
@stanprice@FountainCartoon I had the same reaction when digital photography took over. Recoil, resist, denigrate.
Turns out, you can’t stop the signal.
@PJaccetturo Um, my dude—this is insane. I didn't know what I was seeing for a second until Szeth cut the guard's head and ghosted him.
Love this. Next you gotta do the air fight between Kaladin and Szeth!
I mean, if Odysseus had to dismantle the phone and spend 20 years learning how to work with the software and hardware required to call an Uber, I mean…I don’t think id watch that but it somehow might validate the idea.
@sfmcguire79 Big respect for Ezra for writing this, but here’s the problem, or, rather *a* problem: words are considered by many in our country to be ACTUAL violence.
We can’t direct the future of this country with words when they are considered (by some) to be as harmful as fists or guns.
@jonminori@harleyf Reminds me of the top secret “real” website we were working on back in the day. A physical website people can actually visit would be so rad.
