- Mwai Kibaki is credited with delivering about 45% of his pledges during his 10-year tenure.

- Uhuru Kenyatta is similarly assessed having fulfilled around 30% of his promises.

Kibaki delivered the Thika Superhighway in his 7th year, while Uhuru completed the Nairobi Expressway in his 5th.

By this assessment, President William Ruto has outpaced them with 59% all within just four years.
