@AirbnbHelp I had a guest trash my house in March having an illegal party with police involved. Your response has been intermittent and now you have said you are not chasing the guests for the £4K costs that I have had to pay. I had to change locks, carpets, fix furniture.

@Earl_GreyT @AirbnbHelp I have rung this number several times but this team can’t deal with it. As a host (and super host) it would be nice if they could just help me instead of now saying I didn’t do my claim properly (which is what I think they are saying.)

@Earl_GreyT @AirbnbHelp I have tried to claim as they advised me to change all the locks as the guest ran off with the keys when police arrived. The communication has been poor, if I could just speak to someone it would be a lot easier
